This policy explains what personal information fitted. (“we”, “us”) collects through fitted.agency, why we collect it, who processes it for us and the choices you have. fitted. recruits performance marketing professionals in Latin America for companies in the United States.
Information you give us
When you use the Book a call form, we collect your name, work email, company website, the role you are hiring for, seniority, expected start date, salary budget and anything you write in the notes field. If you email us or talk to us on a call, we keep the information you share there.
When you pick a time, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which receives your name, email and the time you choose. Calendly processes that information under its own privacy notice.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and the page that referred you. It uses cookies. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Campaign source. When you submit the form, we store how you reached the site: campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source), the referring page and the first page you visited.
- Security and hosting logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and automated traffic.
If you are a candidate
If you apply or we contact you about a role, we process the information you share with us, such as your résumé, work history, salary expectations, availability and our interview notes. We use it to assess fit for roles and share it with a prospective employer only for roles you have agreed to be considered for.
How we use your information
- To reply to you, schedule and prepare for calls, and run the searches you ask us for.
- To match candidates with roles and share shortlists with companies.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before a contract, or on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, depending on the purpose.
Who processes your information for us
We use service providers that process data on our behalf and only for the services they provide to us:

These providers may store data in the United States. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
The site uses cookies from Google Analytics to measure usage, from our hosting provider to verify that visitors are not automated bots, and from Calendly inside the scheduling step. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and related emails for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a purpose. Depending on where you live, including California and the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under local law. Email hello@fitted.agency and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to stored submissions is limited to the fitted. team. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, for example if we add a new tool that processes visitor data, and change the effective date above.
